·         Fresh graduate (preferable min. 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting)

·         Understand journal strongly

·         Daily  : Tax verification ( Vat Out, Vat In, PPH Deduct, WHT Slip )

          : Print tax Invoice

Monthly : Prepare data for tax report.

 

7.       Tenancy Design Coordinator

·         Male/Female min.25-35 year old

·         Min D3. Majoring in Interior Design/Architecture

·         Fresh graduate are welcome (preferable min 1 year experience in Shopping Center/Consultancy Design)

·         Report to TBD Ass. Manager and review drawing and quality control for all design issue and project activity in Supermal Karawaci and to ensure the process of fitout tenancy is well organized and comply with SMK regulation, including keeping tenancy RCD.

·         Male min25-35 year old

·         Min S1. Majoring in Hotel , prefer have design background

·         Min. 3 year experience in Shopping Center/ Hotel min 4 star

·         Able to use MS Office

·         Prepaid/Accured Insured Expenses, THR, PBB, etc

·         Manage amortization fixed assets

·         Prepare monthly Financial Statement ( Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss )

·         Maintain closing month general ledger including sub ledger

·         Prepare notes to profit & Loss
